Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  If you arrive late for your service, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, or your appointment may be modified in consideration of others.
A 24-hour cancellation is required to receive refund of deposit.

A locked garment bag is available for your personal belongings.  We provide robes, slippers, towels and shower facilities and personal grooming articles for your convenience. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing jewelry during your spa visit.  Allure will not be held responsible for lost of stolen articles.
